Established in 2008, CASCENTTO BUILDERS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION began as a small company in Malabon City that provided construction work and structural implementation to their clients. The founder of the company, Carlo Jay R. Dumalaog, came from a family who owns several construction companies including F.E.D. Construction Company Incorporated established in 1970 by his grandfather Engr. Francisco A. Dumalaog and Metalite Development Company Incorporated established in 1988 by his uncle Engr. Arnel Dumalaog. This inspired Carlo Jay to build his own company and extend their family's legacy.

Throughout its 12 years in the industry, the company has been able to undertake projects ranging from residential and commercial structures to mechanical works and fabrication. Today, CBDC takes on the role of main contractor for small to medium size projects and performs project management services. Its aim is to be their clients’ first choice for construction related needs. Ever since the establishment of the company, they’ve aspired to contribute to the prosperity of their clients and community from a broad perspective.
